We’re looking for a proactive, positive, flexible person responsible for the routine administration of our office space, supporting our employees across various countries, and assisting with new hire onboarding. You are highly organized, have superior analytical and communication skills and be self-starting.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all day to day processes related to the office and facilities are running smoothly. You will be an essential business partner to support functions (IT, Finance, HR, etc.) in our organisation, which support us to work efficiently and better.

Responsibilities

    • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
    • Ensure that office is operating smoothly
    • Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and inquiries
    • Procure, organize, receive and ship swag and promotional materials
    • Procure, organize, and manage company hardware for the office and remote employees
    • Assist with new hire onboarding
    • Support various internal projects
    • Ensure timely communication within the organization
    • Gather data and provide reports to leadership
    • Track and follow up on billing, invoicing and expensing
    • Develop and improve office processes as company grows
    • To provide clerical and administrative support to optimise office procedures
    • Keep track of office supplies and place orders

Requirements

    • Experienced in office management operations
    • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English to a high level and preferably Kannada & Hindi
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Be highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
