Our client is constantly growing and evolving so we are looking for a Sourcer to join their Talent Team and support the global recruitment efforts

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Build a steady pipeline of talent through internet searches, referrals, networking and other channels
  • Review inbound applications to determine qualified candidates
  • Maintain and keep track of data in our ATS and regularly
  • Support the company’s recruitment-focussed Social Media activity, promoting key roles and Blockchain’s working culture
  • Work towards the improvement of the recruitment team’s performance against KPIs, and contribute ideas around continuous innovation. Help to define initiatives that ensure that we remain current and attractive to new talent
  • Manage job postings across various channels in conjunction with our applicant tracking system
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email to deliver a remarkable candidate experience
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies with the recruitment team and managing partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Coordinate between different departments of the organisation
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • At least 2 years of sourcing experience supporting the recruitment function either in agency or in-house
  • Advanced level of English
  • Understanding of the candidate journey and recruitment lifecycle
  • Exceptional written communication skills and experience crafting personalised messages
  • Expert in Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to focus on the details
