We are a core contributor to a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain, the first to offer parallelized EVM execution designed to scale with the demands of the modern industry. Our team is composed of veterans from Google, Goldman Sachs, Robinhood, Nvidia, and Databricks, all dedicated to onboarding the next billion users onto a vibrant ecosystem of decentralized applications.
Backed by over $30M from top-tier investors—including Jump Crypto, Multicoin Capital, and Coinbase Ventures—we are looking for our first Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build the most talent-dense engineering team in Web3.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this is a high-impact, high-autonomy role designed for an ambitious recruiter who wants to shape the hiring strategy of a scaling startup. This is not a passive role; you will be on the front lines, engaging the pinnacle of engineering talent for highly technical roles that are critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and network with the top decile of technical and non-technical talent within the Web3 ecosystem
- Pipeline Management: Own the top-of-funnel strategy for our most difficult and high-impact searches, ensuring a consistent flow of elite candidates
- Leadership Partnership: Partner directly with our Founders and Engineering Leaders on market mapping, talent strategy, and evolving hiring priorities
- Recruiting Operations: Help build the foundation as we scale by contributing to recruiting operations, tooling, automation projects, and wider HR initiatives
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market mapping to understand the movement of talent across the crypto and blockchain landscape
We are looking for a "high-grit" operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is genuinely excited about the future of decentralized technology.
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, with specific exposure to technical or engineering roles
- Web3 Fluency: At least 1 year of experience recruiting within Web3 talent pools or at crypto-adjacent companies (e.g., CEXs, blockchain analytics, or protocols)
- Technical Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to credibly engage and interest highly technical candidates
- End-to-End Sourcing: Proven ability to manage multiple outbound pipelines simultaneously from initial research to first touch
- Startup Mindset: A strong bias toward action, resilience in the face of ambiguity, and a relentless "learning mindset."
- Unrivaled Access: Work directly with founders and leaders from top-tier tech firms (Meta, Coinbase, etc.) and global financial institutions
- High-Growth Environment: As our first dedicated sourcing hire, you will have a front-row seat to the scaling of a major Layer 1 ecosystem
- Professional Development: A perfect learning ground for an early-career recruiter to take on real ownership and transition into a more senior talent or operational role
- Industry Impact: Play a pivotal role in shaping the team that is building the infrastructure for the future of the internet
- Venture-Backed Stability: The excitement of a startup with the financial backing of the world's leading crypto investors
