Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to work under the guidance of our Marketing Lead, focusing on expanding Trojan’s reach and engagement across the Solana ecosystem. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of Solana-based projects and crypto marketing strategies. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in campaign execution, community engagement, and content creation, ensuring Trojan continues to grow as a top choice for crypto traders.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support
  • Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with product milestones and business goals.
  • Collaborate on creative assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
Community Engagement
  • Actively engage with the Solana community through channels like Twitter and Telegram, to build and maintain relationships.
  • Respond to community inquiries and feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
Content Creation
  • Create compelling content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials, focusing on Solana and decentralized finance (DeFi) topics.
  • Contribute to the production of graphics, banners, and videos that align with Trojan’s brand voice.

Events and Partnerships
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual events and community meetups to promote Trojan’s offerings.
  • Help identify and build partnerships within the Solana ecosystem to drive user acquisition.

Market Research and Analytics
  • Conduct research on Solana ecosystem trends and user behavior to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, such as engagement rates, user acquisition, and campaign ROI.

Requirements
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working within the Solana ecosystem, with a strong understanding of its projects, community, and market dynamics.
  • 1-3 years of experience in crypto marketing or a related field, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media analytics and content scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content for a variety of audiences.
  • Past experience successfully engaging with KOLs and influencers in the memecoin and/or blockchain space
  • Proficiency around building successful profiles on TikTok, X/Twitter, and other social media platforms around web3, Solana, memecoins, and the crypto space, in general
  • Experience around memecoin advisory activities (huge plus)
