Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of Crypto Solutions Sales will drive global sales for Coin Factory’s diverse product suite, including RZ Blockchain Solutions, GMaaS, CoinLoan, CoinMiner, RankingCoins, and RankingGame. You’ll develop and execute a strategic sales plan, manage a high-performing sales team, and position Coin Factory as the market leader in crypto solutions for enterprises and retail investors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy for RZ Blockchain Solutions (enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure), GMaaS (gamification-as-a-service), CoinLoan (crypto-backed lending), CoinMiner (mining software), RankingCoins (token analytics), and RankingGame (blockchain-based gaming).
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to target diverse markets, including enterprises, crypto exchanges, gaming platforms, and individual investors.
  • Build strategic partnerships with blockchain ecosystems, financial institutions, and gaming companies to expand product adoption.
  • Drive high-value deals, achieving $10M+ in annual revenue across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines, forecast performance, and deliver data-driven insights to the CRO.
  • Stay ahead of crypto regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience, with 3+ years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sales.
  • Proven track record of generating $10M+ in annual revenue, ideally in B2B and B2C crypto or SaaS markets.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, crypto lending, mining, and blockchain gaming ecosystems.
  • Experience managing diverse product portfolios and leading global sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong network in crypto, fintech, or gaming industries; relationships with C-suite executives and platform partners a plus.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or crypto certifications (e.g., Blockchain Council) preferred.
