As a Client Servicing Agent at Flipster
You will be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange-related enquiries, account registration and account management-related enquiries, promotion and event enquiries, troubleshooting platform issues, and managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries. 

Responsibilities

    • Handling user enquiries, including:
    • Account registration and account management
    • KYC-related enquiries
    • Promotion and Event-related enquiries
    • Wallet and asset-related enquiries
    • Managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders
    • Manage enquiries on trading platform usage from a technical perspective
    • Community management and providing support across multiple channels

Qualifications

    • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
    • Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange
    • Experience with Zendesk, Slack and Sumsub
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
    • Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience managing enquiries from clients, investigating disputes and bug reporting

Preferred

    • Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
    • Community management or support experience
    • Experience working at a high-growth startup/tech company
