Ā  THE ROLE Localcoin is looking for an organized and motivated Senior Warehouse Specialist to join our Operations team.Ā  As a Senior Warehouse Specialist at Localcoin, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse and supporting the deployment, maintenance, and movement of our Bitcoin kiosks and related equipment. You will take ownership of warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, kiosk quality control, shipment coordination, and operational support while helping maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environmentĀ  This role is based out of our Warehouse in Etobicoke, Canada 5 days a week.Ā  Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGĀ 

Perform comprehensive testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting on all incoming and outgoing Localcoin kiosks to ensure hardware and operational components are functioning correctly prior to deployment, return, or storage Diagnose kiosk hardware and operational issues and perform appropriate troubleshooting procedures, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when required. Coordinate, monitor, and track all shipments related to Warehouse Operations, including kiosk and equipment movements Maintain accurate inventory records within Localcoin's ERP and inventory management systems, including all inbound, outbound, transferred, returned, and deployed equipment. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with Operations and other stakeholders to maintain appropriate stock levelsĀ  Record and maintain accurate product, equipment, serial number, kiosk, and shipment information within internal inventory management systems. Take ownership of kiosk key management, ensuring keys are securely stored, accurately tracked, and properly assigned. Conduct and document quarterly key inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies. Partner with the Warehouse Team to continuously improve warehouse layout, storage processes, inventory organization, space utilization, and overall operational efficiency. Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture by following Localcoin's warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and established operational policies, and by encouraging safe working practices across the team. Take ownership of end-to-end warehouse operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, controls, documentation, and workflows, and collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations team to implement improvements. Maintain a clean, secure, organized, and deployment-ready warehouse environment at all times. Other duties as assigned

3+ years experience working in a similar role and environment handling Pump truck, Packaging, Maintaining ERP system Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, and be able to bend/ twist Process driven with a strong ability to follow procedures and have a structured approach to problem-solving Can easily communicate and collaborate with multiple people Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills Writing skills for process documentationĀ  Attention to detail for Warehouse auditsĀ  Technical skills to set up machines

Previous experience in Crypto or Regular ATM industryĀ  Experience working in JIRA, ConfluenceĀ  Experience with Fleet Management (Vehicles)Ā  Knowledge of Customs & Duties in North AmericaĀ
