The Role 

Are you a seasoned finance leader with deep expertise in both traditional and decentralized finance? Impossible Cloud Network (ICN), a pioneering force in the DePIN space, is seeking a strategic and operationally astute Head of Treasury to manage our significant digital asset portfolio. This pivotal role will ensure the long-term financial health and stability of ICN, navigating the dynamic intersection of Web3 innovation and sound financial practice.You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between traditional corporate finance and the crypto world, implementing sophisticated strategies to optimize our treasury's performance while rigorously managing risk.

What You'll Do

As Head of Treasury, your primary mission will be to strategically manage and grow ICN's multi-asset treasury.

Your core responsibilities include:

Lead Yield Generation & Capital Growth:Design and execute advanced yield generation strategies, including staking, lending, and active participation in liquidity pools (LPs) across various DeFi protocols.Explore and implement structured products for liquid funds, seeking optimal returns while adhering to defined risk parameters.Oversee market-making activities and develop strategies for native token ecosystem support to ensure healthy market dynamics and liquidity.Maintain a foundational understanding of the legal and regulatory boundaries governing both ICN's own trading activities and third-party trading relationships.
Strategic Asset Allocation & Management:Develop and implement comprehensive asset allocation strategies for our diverse treasury, including native tokens, stablecoins, major cryptocurrencies (e.g., ETH, BTC), and DeFi positions.Ensure robust liquidity management across all asset classes, balancing operational needs with strategic growth initiatives.Oversee multi-sig wallets and secure on-chain operations, establishing and enforcing best practices for digital asset custody and transaction security.
Risk Management & Mitigation:Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks specific to digital assets, including market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, counterparty risks, and operational exposures.Develop and implement hedging strategies to protect treasury value against adverse market movements.
Bridge Traditional & Decentralized Finance:Translate complex Web3 financial concepts and opportunities into clear insights for traditional finance stakeholders and vice versa.Lead the integration of traditional financial reporting with on-chain data for comprehensive treasury oversight.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, asset management, investment banking, or a related financial field, with at least 2-3 years directly managing significant digital asset portfolios.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of DeFi protocols, staking, lending, liquidity provisioning, and digital asset custody solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sophisticated financial strategies, build complex models, and conduct rigorous risk analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and mitigating financial, operational, and smart contract risks within the crypto ecosystem.
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing on-chain transactions, multi-sig operations, and ensuring robust internal controls.
- A foundational understanding of the evolving legal and regulatory landscape impacting digital asset management and trading.
- Outstanding ability to articulate complex financial strategies and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing treasury function.
