Company: FrodoBots Lab

Type: Full-Time Contractor / Potential to Hire

About FrodoBots

FrodoBots is pioneering a new form of entertainment — where real-world sidewalk robots are controlled by players, challenged by AI agents, and streamed into games that blur the line between digital and physical. From urban scavenger hunts to real-time robot deathmatches, our work lives on the streets and thrives on the internet.

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can turn raw footage, gameplay, and behind-the- scenes moments into captivating stories that grab attention and don’t let go. You should have a track record of producing videos that have reached millions, particularly through social platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X. This role is for someone who deeply understands visual storytelling, rapid iteration, and how to hook a viewer in under 3 seconds.

What You’ll Do

• Craft high-impact short-form content (Reels, TikToks, X videos) and longer-form storytelling (YouTube videos, trailers, devlogs).

• Turn chaotic gameplay footage, robot runs, and field tests into narratives that spark emotion and curiosity

• Use fast-paced editing, meme-savvy pacing, motion graphics, text overlays, music, and sound design to drive virality.

• Experiment with styles, formats, and narrative hooks to see what performs — and double down on what works.

• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Scenario, LTX Studio, Runway, Descript, Pika, ElevenLabs) to enhance speed and creativity.

• Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to align video output with key launches and community events.

You Should Have

  • 5+ years of professional editing experience, ideally in gaming, tech, or creator-led media.
  • A proven track record of creating video content that has reached millions through social platforms.

• Strong instincts for story, pace, and visual emotion — you can find the heart of a clip and build around it.

• Proficiency in modern editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.) and AI- enhanced workflows.

• Deep familiarity with social video trends, meme culture, and algorithmic behavior on platforms like TikTok and YouTube.

  • Bonus: Experience editing robot footage, crypto content, or real-world game interfaces.
  • Bonus: Ability to shoot or direct remote content.

Why Join FrodoBots?

  • Your work won’t just entertain — it’ll control physical robots and shape how the world sees them.
  • You’ll play a key role in defining the voice and visual tone of an emerging category: robotic gaming.
  • We ship fast, experiment often, and care about making things that feel alive online.
  • Join a global team at the weird frontier of AI, crypto, and real-world play.
