This role will report to the VP, Head of Social and will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of Grayscale’s corporate social media presence.  This individual will own and operate all corporate social accounts, playing a central role in shaping how Grayscale shows across digital platforms. You will develop and produce high-quality, platform-native content that strengthens brand authority, deepens audience engagement, and supports firm-wide marketing and communications objectives. You will partner cross-functionally with Research, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications and Legal & Compliance to translate complex market insights into compelling, compliant, and performance-driven content. You are deeply fluent in social media platforms, fascinated by performance metrics, and motivated by continuous optimization.  Through disciplined execution and optimization, serve as the day-to-day owner and producer of Grayscale’s corporate social content, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across platforms. Responsibilities:

Execute and continuously refine Grayscale’s corporate social media strategy in partnership with the VP, Head of Social Develop and execute platform-specific strategies aligned with broader marketing, product, and corporate priorities.  Maintain and evolve Grayscale’s brand voice and positioning across all corporate channels.  Lead the end-to-end content lifecycle: ideation, drafting, editing, publishing, and optimization.  Manage and maintain a dynamic editorial calendar aligned with product launches, research publications, market events, executive visibility, and corporate initiatives.  Create compelling short- and long-form content including social posts, blog content, video scripts, webinar copy, and live event promotion.  Partner with design and creative teams to develop high-impact visual and video assets optimized for each platform.  Develop and deliver regular performance reporting and actionable insights to the VP, Head of Social and broader marketing leadership.  Continuously test and iterate content formats, messaging, and publishing cadence to improve engagement and conversion metrics.  Stay at the forefront of social media trends, digital asset industry developments, and platform innovations.  Identify and pilot new formats (e.g., short-form video, live programming, executive amplification strategies, emerging platforms).  Translate real-time market developments into timely, brand-appropriate social content.  Partner closely with Legal & Compliance to ensure all content adheres to regulatory and internal approval standards.  Maintain and improve content approval workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.  Comfortable producing and publishing content daily 

Prior Experience/Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital communications (crypto or fintech experience preferred).  Strong understanding of digital asset markets and financial storytelling.  Demonstrated experience owning and growing large corporate social media accounts.  Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.  Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Experience working in regulated industries and navigating compliance review processes is highly preferred.  Experience creating or editing social media graphics, whether video or static.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
