Senior Product Manager — TradFi Wealth
About the Role
We are seeking a TradFi Product Manager to join the Binance Earn team, driving the convergence of traditional finance and crypto. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Earn's TradFi product line — including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and structured products (dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and other options-linked payoffs). This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, financial structuring, and agile delivery, requiring deep TradFi knowledge and a passion for building bridges between traditional and on-chain finance.
Responsibilities
🔹 TradFi Product Development
-
Own the planning and execution of Binance Earn's TradFi product line, covering ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks.
-
Manage the full product lifecycle for TradFi offerings: from market research, requirement analysis, and PRD writing to product design, launch, and continuous iteration.
-
Research traditional finance market trends and user needs, bridging TradFi investment scenarios with the crypto platform to deliver cross-market wealth management experiences.
-
Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure TradFi products meet regional regulatory requirements and are feasible for local launch.
-
Explore crypto × TradFi convergence opportunities, including RWA (Real World Assets), tokenized equities/funds, stablecoin yield products, and other innovative initiatives.
🔹 Structured Options Products
-
Lead the design and operations of structured options products, including Dual Investment, Snowball, Shark Fin, and other options-linked or principal-protected structures.
-
Partner with Quant and Market Maker teams to define product rules, payoff structures, and key parameters (strike price, APR, tenor, knock-in/knock-out levels, etc.).
-
Continuously optimize pricing parameters and yield curves for existing structured products to enhance competitiveness and user returns.
-
Dynamically adjust product launch strategies and category mix based on market conditions and volatility changes to optimize TVL and conversion rates.
🔹 Cross-Functional Delivery & Growth
-
Drive end-to-end product delivery from concept to launch using agile development practices; track development and testing progress to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
-
Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to achieve product milestones.
-
Track and analyze key product metrics (TVL, AUM, conversion rate, retention, volume, revenue) to drive data-informed product iteration.
-
Collect internal and external user feedback to continuously improve product experience; monitor competitor offerings to maintain market competitiveness.
Requirements
-
3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products.
-
Hands-on TradFi experience required — specifically in one or more of: ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products.
-
Structured products and options knowledge — practical understanding of payoff structures such as dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and other options-linked or principal-protected products.
-
Working proficiency in English (written and verbal) for cross-border, cross-region collaboration.
-
Experience in full product lifecycle management — from ideation and PRD to launch and post-launch iteration, preferably within an agile framework.
-
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support — with effective prioritization and influence.
-
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; comfortable working with product metrics and user behavior data.
-
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; a fast learner with perseverance.
Preferred
-
Product Management experience in funds or equities/stocks (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, brokerage or trading products) is highly preferred.
-
Knowledge or hands-on experience with financial options and derivatives — including pricing, Greeks, scenario analysis, and hedging mechanics.
-
Familiarity with crypto × TradFi trends: RWA, tokenized assets, on-chain yield products, or DeFi protocols.
-
Experience with blockchain technology or Web3 products.
-
PMP certification is a plus.
-
Passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets
