At Improbable, we build and scale ambitious ventures that shape the future of digital experiences. Our ventures bring together the worlds of sports, media, and entertainment and web 3.

We are now supporting an independent organisation building the foundations for the next generation of the internet. Their mission is to create open, decentralised technology that empowers developers, creators, and communities to build new kinds of immersive online experiences.

Their first major initiative is a next-generation blockchain designed for real-time, large-scale applications. Unlike traditional blockchains limited by speed and cost, our technology is fast, affordable, and fully EVM-compatible—capable of powering the kinds of social, gaming, and metaverse experiences that normally only run on Web2 infrastructure.

Ultimately, their aim is to unlock a true virtual society: a world where users and businesses can seamlessly move between platforms, with freedom and ownership at the core.

As our Marketing Design Lead you’ll own the visual output for our most critical channels including KOLs, events, socials, community, content and more. From launch stunts and global PR visuals to high-velocity AI video content and KOL kits, you’ll take the newly refreshed brand and its protocols and make them unignorable as they’re seen by millions around the world every day.

We are looking for a Marketing Designer who lives at the intersection of beautiful design and effective Marcoms. You’ll be a digital native and hopefully a Crypto native, too. You’ll speak web3 to at least a conversational level and be happy to move at pace with flexibility, enthusiasm and not a little joy within a supportive (but quite demanding) team.

Your Opportunity:

  • Campaign & Asset Design: Lead the visual direction and execution for integrated marketing campaigns across PR, Social (mostly X, TT, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, YT), Paid Social, and Global Events.

  • Protocol Branding: Create, augment and gatekeep the visual language for new protocols, ensuring each has a distinct but cohesive identity

  • AI-Augmented Workflow: Expertly leverage AI tools (Runway, Gemini, Magnific) to accelerate production and create visuals that were previously impossible.

  • AI Augmented Design - We love AI - when it’s used right. You’ll see the value in augmenting your design and project management skills through new technologies and be as excited as us about creating, delivering, measuring and optimising exceptional, industry shaping work at speed

  • KOL & Influencer Kits: Create premium packs for our high-signal influencer network, including motion graphics, custom avatars, and data-driven templates.

  • Offline & Event Creative: Design high-impact physical assets for global PR and events, from booth architecture to Gorilla media (you’ll probably like our Tank X Bank of England idea…).

  • Data Visualisation: You like bringing complex data to life through visuals. Think - beautiful, intuitive infographics and videos that make the impossible seem entirely possible

  • Video Creation: whilst we don’t expect you to be a filmmaker as well as an awesome design lead, we do aspire to create impactful video content so any production/ editing capabilities are a significant plus (yes, we know this makes us look like we’re fishing for a Swiss Army design lead, but if you don’t ask…!)

Why you’re made for this:

  • Web3 Native: You are an admirer of blockchain, Web3 and Crypto. You understand crypto-native communities and can design for Degens, Architects, KOLs, Builders, Institutions and mass market international customers simultaneously.

  • Technical Artistry: Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). If you know Blender or Cinema 4D, that’s a massive bonus.

  • AI Power-User: You don't just use AI - you have a workflow that you edit for purpose. You understand prompt engineering, AI interrogation and how to maintain brand consistency using AI tools. We’re a team that augments itself through AI every single day, creating a high volume of quality content at scale

  • Experience: 5+ years in senior marketing design roles, ideally with a background in high-growth tech, Web3 or top-tier creative design agencies.

  • Brave & Audacious: You aren't afraid of bold, disruptive creative that speaks truth to power. But you also enjoy bossing solid creative briefing, project scheduling, feedback loops and QA processes
