Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale fullstack applications using React and Node.js

  • Collaborate closely with product and design to turn ideas into production-ready features

  • Own the full application lifecycle, including migrations and system evolution

  • Lead the transition from legacy monoliths to modern SPA architectures

  • Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack

  • Establish and maintain shared components, tooling, and engineering standards

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines

  • Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making

  • Contribute across all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 5–6+ years of experience as a Senior / Lead / Principal Fullstack Engineer

  • MSc in Computer Science or a closely related technical field

  • Strong experience building SPAs with React

  • Solid backend experience with Node.js (Python or Go is a plus)

  • Experience owning full application lifecycles, including monolith decoupling and migrations

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and modern deployment workflows

  • Experience with Solana and Solidity

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Rails or legacy monolithic architectures

  • Exposure to Crypto, Blockchain, or AI-driven products

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
