About Paradigm

Paradigm is not just an RFQ platform. We're the institutional liquidity network for crypto derivatives, connecting over 1,000 of the world's most sophisticated trading firms to on-demand liquidity across CeFi and DeFi through a single point of access. Market makers, OTC desks, hedge funds, and prop shops all trade on one network, price large and complex structures in seconds, and settle at the venue of their choice. When you send a multi-leg structure in size, that same network sources competitive quotes, prices the full package as one block, and settles atomically with no leg risk and no order book impact. This is how institutional size actually gets done in crypto, and it's why roughly 25-30% of the global listed crypto options market flows through us.

We are 100% non-custodial. We never touch your assets, never make markets, and never trade against our users. Our only job is to make sure that when you need liquidity, it's there at the right price, in the right size, right now.

Joining Paradigm means building the market structure that crypto derivatives will run on for the next decade. We're taking the workflows that took traditional markets forty years to develop and rebuilding them for an asset class that trades around the clock, across dozens of venues, on-chain and off.

This is institutional crypto done right, and we're just getting started.

Fair warning: this is not an easy place to work. We will push you hard. But you'll grow faster than you thought possible, and you'll do some of the most meaningful, high-impact work of your life and help shape the future of derivatives markets. Join us on the frontline ⚔️
