Our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Asia, with our headquarters in Manhattan, New York. This role is based in that office, supports the entire team, and reports to the General Partners.
We are looking for an exceptional organizer and operator to join the team as Executive Assistant. This role will be pivotal in keeping a globally distributed firm running smoothly, from the partners' calendars to the office itself. You will own executive support for the whole team and run our Manhattan headquarters, making it a productive home base for us and a welcoming one for the founders, investors, and partners who pass through it.
The role is hands-on and broad, covering scheduling and travel across many time zones, events, vendor management, expenses, and the countless details that keep a fast-moving fund on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and calm under pressure, solves problems before anyone has to ask, and takes pride in making things run so well that nobody notices.

What you offer:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at an investment firm, startup, or professional services firm
- Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to take initiative and operate with little oversight
- Experienced in leveraging AI to handle complex workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable juggling calendars, travel, and priorities across multiple time zones
- Absolute discretion; you will handle sensitive fund, investor, and deal information daily
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Empathetic and ready to roll up your sleeves, whether that means rebooking a red-eye at midnight or hosting a founder dinner
- Fluent with modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, travel and expense platforms), and AI proficient
- An interest in crypto and technology; you don't need to be an expert, but you'll enjoy the work more if you're curious about the space
- Based in New York City and able to work from our Manhattan office five days a week
What you'll do:
- Own calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the partners and team across global time zones
- Manage travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics for partner trips and conference visits
- Run the Manhattan headquarters day-to-day: vendors, supplies, IT and facilities coordination, and guest hosting
- Plan and execute events at the office and beyond, from team gatherings to founder and investor dinners, and support the organization of our twice-yearly offsites
- Manage expenses, invoices, and administrative processes in coordination with the fund operations team
- Keep internal processes and documentation tidy so a distributed team always knows what's happening and when
- Support partners with ad hoc assignments
