Technical Skills:
- Act as the primary preparer for assigned stablecoin-related accounting and reporting activities, supporting management review and approval.
- Utilize advanced Google Sheets skills to handle large datasets efficiently and reliably.
- Resolve diverse accounting issues by evaluating multiple solution paths and adapting quickly to evolving business requirements.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Prepare and record stablecoin customer flows, managing complex cash movements and critical issuance/redemption entries.
- Perform detailed, high-volume reconciliations to ensure the total accuracy and completeness of stablecoin reporting.
- Generate monthly stablecoin reserve reports for all assigned stablecoins issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, actively supporting the critical attestation process with independent auditors.
- Verify reporting accuracy across both existing stablecoin products and upcoming new launches.
- Conduct rigorous fluctuation analyses and variance reviews, ensuring general ledger balances strictly align with financial statements.
- Support the implementation of advanced accounting software to automate workflows and streamline the monthly closing process.
- Maintain regulatory and financial integrity by supporting internal controls compliance, financial reporting, external audits, and tax activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to special accounting projects and delivering ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or Audit.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial management, reporting, accounting, or audit.
- Direct experience performing detailed, data-intensive reconciliations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Experience writing and editing SQL queries to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- High proficiency with Google Sheets (highly preferred) or Microsoft Excel for advanced data modeling.
- The ability to thrive in the face of ambiguity, easily multitasking and excelling within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
- Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking), as English is our primary language for global company communication.
