About the Opportunity We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Product & Engineering to lead and scale high-impact hiring across our Product Management and Engineering organizations globally. This role is designed for a senior-level recruiter and talent partner who operates as a strategic advisor to the business, builds scalable recruiting methodologies, and drives hiring outcomes for complex, high-priority, and future-critical roles. You will shape hiring strategy, elevate hiring maturity, and influence long-term workforce planning for teams building some of OKX’s most critical platforms and products. You will play a central role in strengthening OKX’s technical and product talent pipelines while helping establish consistent, data-driven recruiting practices across regions and stakeholder groups. What You'll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end hiring strategy and delivery for Product Management and Engineering roles, including high-impact and specialized positions.

Act as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders, influencing hiring priorities, role design, and long-term workforce plans.

Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines to support growth, succession, and future-critical capabilities.

Identify emerging hiring risks and market constraints, and implement scalable recruiting solutions.

Drive consistent, structured hiring practices by improving recruiting processes, tools, and interview methodologies.

Use recruiting data and market insights to improve pipeline health, hiring quality, and decision-making.

What We Look For in You

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Product Management and Engineering hiring in a corporate, technology, or high-growth environment.

Expert-level knowledge across multiple recruiting domains (technical sourcing, senior-level hiring, employer branding, talent mapping, and market intelligence).

Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close high-caliber and niche technical and product talent, including passive candidates.

Proven experience designing scalable recruiting methodologies and playbooks that improve delivery across teams or regions.

Strong track record partnering with senior leaders and operating as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and workforce planning.

Highly data-driven, with experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.

Comfortable leading complex, cross-functional hiring initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and geographies.

Able to anticipate hiring challenges and market shifts and proactively implement solutions.

Nice To Have

Experience recruiting within fintech, financial services, crypto, Web3, or highly regulated technology environments.

Demonstrated passion for crypto, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies.

Experience supporting global or multi-market hiring across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Exposure to hiring for product growth, payments, platform engineering, infrastructure, or data-driven technology teams.
