What You’ll Be Doing

Operations, KYC & Compliance
- Regulatory Navigation: Act as the local face of the company with regional regulators (e.g., DFSA, ADGM, Central Banks). Ensure the business remains compliant while maintaining an aggressive growth posture.
- Frictionless Operations: Work directly with the centralized operations team to optimize local KYC/AML turnaround times and establish localized, hyper-responsive customer support channels.
- Localization Operations: Ensure payment rails, localization of currency, and language flows are seamless and highly converting for the regional user base.
- Ground-to-CEO Alignment: Synthesize local market data, competitor intelligence, and regulatory shifts into high-impact, executive-level reports.
