Job Description
SERVICE OWNERSHIP
In the role as a Service Manager you will act as the owner for our crypto service, specify and manage operations and support in collaboration with our operation partners and vendors. You will develop and implement innovative concepts and projects to enhance service performance and operational efficiency.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
You will oversee and manage the budget for a magnitude of cryptographic services like internal and external PKI, hardware security modules, certificate management and automation tools.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PKI SERVICES
You will manage our PKI landscape comprising internal and public trusted certificate issuance services providing digital identities and cryptographic enablers for a magnitude of services like TLS/SSL, E-Mail Signing & Encryption, 802.1X, VPN, W-LAN, User Authentication, Code Signing, M2M security and many more.
AUTOMATION
As the lifetime of public certificates will drastically decrease from 1 year to 47 days in the coming months – automated certificate issuance and lifecycles will be a crucial topic for the organization. You will plan and integrate new certificate automation technologies and processes and deliver them to the organization together with our operations partners.
HARDWARE SECURITY MODULES
Red Bull delivers strong crypto protection for highly sensitive applications with a fleet of on-premise and cloud Hardware Security Modules provided by a market leading vendor. You will plan new and manage existing use cases as well and maintain the current fleet with our operation partners.
CONSULTING
Together with our operations partners you will guide and consult IT teams implementing new services in a cryptographically secure manner. You will be a central opinion leader for crypto agility and post-quantum cryptography.
Qualifications
3 years of professional experience in the field of security, particularly with cryptographic services or similar technologies
Good understanding of symmetric & asymmetric cryptographic use cases and Public Key Infrastructure
Experience in providing certificate automation is an advantage
Project management skills and ITIL knowledge are an advantage
Good communication skills (English, German is an advantage)
Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and cooperation skills.
Performance- and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility and drive issues forward
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
