The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Principal Recruitment Consultant specializing in the hedge fund industry to build a worldwide profitable desk.


Key Responsibilities:

Key Accounts Management (60%):

  • Provide strategic insights to key accounts based on market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence within the hedge fund space. 
  • Collaborate with clients to develop recruitment strategies aligned with their business goals. 
  • Leverage market insights to advise on talent acquisition best practices. 
  • Support other recruiters in making placements for back-office roles.
Talent Sourcing and Placement (20%):

  • Source, screen, and place highly skilled candidates in front-office roles for hedge funds or buy-side firms.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement.
Business Development (20%):

  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments in the financial services space. 
  • Onboard new clients that align with our client partnership principle.

Requirements:

Agency Recruiting Experience (Must Have):

  • At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with extensive skills in Key Account Management.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Previous success in recruiting global talents. Fluency in English is a must.
Hedge Fund Recruitment Experience (Must Have):

  • Proven track record in hedge fund/buy-side recruitment, ideally in front-office roles.
  • Successfully brought in new clients and experience managing key accounts.
Global Working Style (Must Have):

  • Flexibility in working hours to collaborate with a global team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
Crypto Industry Knowledge (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of crypto, blockchain, and the web3 ecosystem.
