Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to effectively manage operational processes.
- Lead roadmap development and ongoing planning/prioritization exercises.
- Build back office/trade systems, provide operational requirements (systems, processes, controls, tooling, reports/monitoring, 3rd party solutions, etc.) , conduct UAT testing, product workflow, and product go-live sign-offs.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Lead a high-performing team to reliably and consistently execute day-to-day processes supporting the Crypto product.
- Support the publishing, review, and continuous improvement of our policies and procedures in collaboration with Risk & Operations.
- Develop a risk management framework to identify, measure, and mitigate financial risks in the treasury, fostering a culture of risk awareness across the treasury and Finance team.
- Define and implement operational risk controls and support models for the crypto trading business
- At least 3+ years of experience in crypto risk and operations.
- Passionate about technology and the Crypto landscape, excited about innovation in the fintech space.
- Desire to build new things with exceptional financial acumen and problem-solving skills, with a passion for process improvement.
