Our latest innovation, the Delegated Auth Network (DAN), represents our vision of a seamless, secure, and AI-driven Web3 experience. DAN focuses on wallet security and effortless on-chain actions, positioning itself as a cornerstone for the future of AI-integrated crypto wallets. As we evolve DAN beyond authentication, and integrate it with our Account Abstraction (AA) product, we aim to establish it as the default transaction engine for the entire crypto ecosystem.

We are seeking a passionate Blockchain Technical Lead to spearhead our DAN tech team and drive the future of AI-powered crypto wallets. This role is crucial for someone who thrives at the intersection of blockchain and AI, with a deep understanding of the latest innovations in both fields. You will lead a dynamic team of developers and AI specialists, setting the direction for cutting-edge developments that will define the next generation of Web3 user experiences.

What will you be doing?

    • Lead the DAN Technical Team: Guide a team of blockchain and AI developers to innovate and build on the Delegated Auth Network, with a focus on wallet security, seamless transactions, and AI integration.
    • Shape the Future of AI-Driven Wallets: Collaborate with the CTO to define the architecture and technical strategy for AI-integrated crypto wallets, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
    • AI & LLM Expertise: Leverage your deep expertise in developing Large Language Models (LLMs) and stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in the AI space to drive continuous improvements in our AI-powered solutions.
    • Advance Biconomy’s Account Abstraction (AA) Product: Ensure seamless integration between DAN and our AA product, positioning it as the leading transaction engine in the crypto ecosystem.
    • Set Engineering Standards: Establish and maintain high standards within the engineering function, ensuring that Biconomy continues to lead in both the Web3 and AI spaces.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including technical partners and the broader developer community, to drive adoption and continuous improvement of our products.
    • Stay Informed: Keep the team and company informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in both blockchain and AI to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.

Requirements:

    • 5+ Years of Software Development Experience: Including 2+ years in blockchain development and a strong track record of leading technical teams.
    • Based in EMEA: We are a remote-first team, but we require all employees to be based in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia.
    • Deep Expertise in AI & LLMs: Proven experience in developing and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs), with a solid understanding of current AI innovations and trends.
    • Domain Knowledge in Blockchain: Strong understanding of Account Abstraction, Smart Contract Wallets, Relayers, and Bundlers, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance the DAN and AA products.
    • Passion for Crypto: A genuine interest in the cryptocurrency space, with a drive to contribute to the future of decentralized technologies.
    • Technical Leadership: Experience leading internal technical projects, setting high standards, and collaborating across diverse teams.
    • Developer Experience Focus: A demonstrated ability to create solutions that prioritize a seamless and intuitive developer experience.
    • Clean & Modular Code: Proficiency in writing clean, modular, and well-tested code, with a focus on maintaining high quality and scalability.
