As Cofounder, CTO you will be responsible for creating an end-to-end lifecycle for NFTs.

This includes providing best practices for artists regarding file prep, minting, selling and reselling, writing smartcontracts, and building an NFT marketplace. You will be able to show a portfolio of NFTs and marketplaces, that you have built or worked on, describing the process, your role, and where things went wrong. You will able to thoroughly document the process in professionally written documents and presentations, explain all aspects to partners and clients, and work with client IT to meet requirements and set expectations. You will build a small team as we grow our client base.

We have filed a provisional patent application. We have a business plan with a growth strategy and an exit strategy, a board of directors, and a first client willing to use the POC.

We are currently bootstrapped/self-funded, but we may seek investment if an opportunity presents itself that requires capital. Applicants willing to work for equity would be able to start immediately for a greater share of equity; applicants requiring salary would receive less equity, and would not be able to start until we have revenue or investment to cover your salary.
