Responsibilities:
- This is a 24x6 customer support team. Team members will be on rotation shift., covering support channels across, Forum, Telegram group and Discord.
- Hands on technical support. Analyst issue and provide solutions and suggestions.
- Deliver a stellar customer experience(i.e. SLA).
- Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals.
- Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Partner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions.
- Work in a quick changing environment.
Requirements:
- Candidate needs to be in the EU time zone.
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing.
- Min 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Technical degree.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent people skills to monitor.
- Interest in blockchain and crypto technologies.
- Experience with blockchain/web3 is a must.
