What you will do:Ā
- Answer clients' questions and help to resolveĀ the issues.Ā
- Participate in building Wirex multi-language knowledge base and community;Ā
- Be ready to collect feedback from the clients and share the product improvement ideas.Ā
- Improve customer satisfaction and brand reputation by managing and responding to reviews on Trustpilot, Google Play, and Apple Store.Ā
- Analyze metrics from social media and review platforms, providing regular reports.Ā

Ā Requirements:Ā
- Advanced/āstrongā upper intermediate English (both verbal and written).Ā
- Fast learner and flexible for changes.Ā
- Highly organized and self-disciplined.Ā
- Able to understand clients' issues, questions, and figure out the best fit solution.Ā
- Capable of working under pressure and handling clients with negative attitude.Ā

Will be a plus:Ā Ā
- Experience in customer service or technical support.Ā
- Familiar with Zendesk/Freshdesk and Atlassian products.Ā
- A working knowledge of Ukrainian. Ā
