What you will do:Ā 

  • Answer clients' questions and help to resolveĀ the issues.Ā 
  • Participate in building Wirex multi-language knowledge base and community;Ā 
  • Be ready to collect feedback from the clients and share the product improvement ideas.Ā 
  • Improve customer satisfaction and brand reputation by managing and responding to reviews on Trustpilot, Google Play, and Apple Store.Ā 
  • Analyze metrics from social media and review platforms, providing regular reports.Ā

Ā Requirements:Ā 

  • Advanced/ā€œstrongā€ upper intermediate English (both verbal and written).Ā 
  • Fast learner and flexible for changes.Ā 
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined.Ā 
  • Able to understand clients' issues, questions, and figure out the best fit solution.Ā 
  • Capable of working under pressure and handling clients with negative attitude.Ā

Will be a plus:Ā Ā 

  • Experience in customer service or technical support.Ā 
  • Familiar with Zendesk/Freshdesk and Atlassian products.Ā 
  • A working knowledge of Ukrainian. Ā
