Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist voice process. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for giving support to customers, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer data to improve support operations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support skills, such as active listening and problem-solving
  • Interpersonal Skills, such as empathy and clear communication
  • Customer Satisfaction skills, such as conflict resolution and customer retention
  • Experience in the financial or cryptocurrency industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Hindi English mandatory and south indian languages would be more advantage
