Responsibilities:
- Research, Brainstorm, Evaluate blockchain technologies
- Design, Develop, Deploy, Test blockchain solutions.
- Implement PoC/PoS in the blockchain area
- Implement and audit blockchain security and cryptography techniques
- Document solutions as well as maintaining
- Involve in the blockchain community, keep up-to-date and work on latest improvement proposals
- At least 3 years of direct blockchain work (including but not limited to smart contracts, dApps, etc.)
- At least 5 years of software development experiences and comfortable with large codebases and open-source projects
- High understanding of blockchain concepts such as smart contracts, alternative coins, and ledger technology, etc.
- Proficiency in Golang and NodeJS (C++11 or Functional programming is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of complex algorithms and data structures
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and blockchain security (including but not limited to Network, Cryptography, ISO27001)
- Be able to write high concurrency software (safe multithreaded code, read-write locking concept)
- Understanding of P2P networks
- Understanding of Qt widgets
- Experience in cloud computing is a plus (AWS)
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurship mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Japanese N2 and above is a plus
- However, being able to relocate to Japan is a plus (or able to perform a short work trip)
