Job Summary:
Fortress is looking for a Product/Data Analyst to be an early member of our team helping to drive data forward!
As a part of this role you will own our BI (Looker), make data available for our teams, and create reports and dashboards (including executive dashboards). You will establish and own the data pipelines for consumer products with tools like Segment and Heap. You will also create information sources to help our clients (e.g. businesses, celebrities) to better understand their end users.
This is an opportunity to be an early contributor to our product-market fit and to help establish what data will look like within a well-funded and positioned company. We already have the first version of our products live with early customers onboarded and using them.

Responsibilities:
- Generate ideas for exploratory analysis to shape product and model development.
- Leverage a modern data stack to perform intensive analysis across all areas of our product to drive product development and business strategy.
- Instrument events and develop metrics and dashboards to monitor our performance.
- Contribute to experiment design and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis to understand the relationship between various factors that influence key outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, and operations.
- Present findings to senior leadership to drive product decisions.
- Communicate analysis and decisions to high-level stakeholders and executives in verbal, visual, and written formats.

- The ability to manage stakeholder expectations and help with design, development and delivery of data products.
- The ability to facilitate cross-functional projects that depend on the contributions of others in a variety of disciplines.
