About us MagicBlock is building the infrastructure to power real-time applications on Solana through Ephemeral Rollups. From high-frequency DeFi to fully onchain gaming, we help developers unlock scalable, high-performance execution and create entirely new categories of Web3 apps.
About the role Weâre looking for a Freelance technical SEO writer to join us on a casual basis. Youâll craft technical blog posts and thought leadership content that explains complex infrastructure in a way that excites developers, informs founders, and positions MagicBlock as the category creator for Ephemeral Rollups.
This is not a generic copywriting role. We want someone who can balance three things:
- Technical depth: accurate enough to earn respect from developers.
- Clarity: accessible enough for founders, analysts, and investors.
- SEO optimization: structured and keyword-savvy enough to rank.
Responsibilities
- Come up with ideas and then write long-form blog posts and explainers on Solana scaling, Ephemeral Rollups, DeFi performance, and Web3 gaming.
- Translate highly technical concepts (latency, rollups, orderflow privacy) into engaging narratives.
- Research and select keywords, then structure content with SEO best practices (H1/H2, clarity, discoverability).
- Provide thought leadership pieces that support MagicBlockâs category creation efforts.
- Deliver polished drafts on an agreed pay-per-piece basis.
About you
- Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, ideally Solana, DeFi, or on-chain gaming.
- Proven experience writing technical content (SEO-optimized blog posts, explainers, whitepapers, or documentation).
- Ability to work independently, turn complex topics into clear narratives, and meet deadlines.
- Previous work with Web3 projects, developer tools, or infrastructure companies is a plus.
Compensation
- Freelance, remote, casual role.
- Pay-per-piece (rate depends on length and complexity).
