Job Overview:
This is a hybrid role in San Francisco or Los Angeles that offers extraordinary creative freedom and ownership in revolutionizing how domains become financialized assets. As Product Manager, you'll drive the strategic development of our innovative web3 domain bridging solution. The ideal candidate will lead product vision, translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly experiences, and guide our protocol from conceptualization to market launch.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
- Define and articulate the product strategy for our web3 domain bridging protocol
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the web3 - space
- Develop and maintain a clear, adaptive product roadmap aligned with company objectives
Technical and Collaborative Leadership
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop technical roadmaps
- Create and maintain detailed product requirements and specification documents
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations
- Champion user-centric design and ensure seamless, engaging user experiences
Product Development and Optimization
- Prioritize feature development and manage product backlog
- Gather actionable feedback from users, developers, and partners for continuous improvement
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions
- Track and analyze product performance metrics
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of professional product management experience
- US Time zone, ideally located in Los Angeles or San Francisco
- Proven track record of successfully launching digital products
- Strong understanding of web3 technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product management
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with eagerness to stay current on emerging technologies
- Basic understanding of blockchain technologies
- Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, Rollups, and DeFi in general
- Comfortable translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

- Experience in domain name systems and internet protocols
- Prior experience in decentralized technology or web3 domains
