As an IT Manager, you will ensure that all Chainstack employees globally have the technology they need to get their job done, from access to SaaS tools and reliable laptop to up-close coordination with other teams like Operations, Talent, and Finance so data is secure.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate cloud IT and data operations
- Identify and document all applications and subscriptions throughout the organization
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and systems
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness by evaluating and monitoring inventory across the organization
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer software/hardware systems
- Expertise in SaaS, cloud systems management and data security/governance
- Hands-on experience with compliance standards like ISO 27001, reports like SOC 1 and SOC 2
- Excellent attention to details
