What you’ll do:
- Overall leadership of our Product Design team
- Provide a clear, consistent vision for the team
- Lead design reviews at the executive level
- Help the team measure and quantify the value of design
- Educate and drive awareness of the design team's efforts in the organization
- Drive cross-function communication efforts
- Probably get yours hands dirty when required
What you’ll need:
- At least 10+ years of experience in managing and building design teams.
- Demonstrate strong expertise specially in UX across websites, and mobile apps.
- Potentially working in a high growth start up with diverse cross-functional groups.
- Crypto knowledge and experience preferred
- Industry veteran ( as much experience as possible)
