The Team
The brand team is being built out to function as an in-house studio, extending into all the teams across the business. We act as guardians of the brand, guiding and educating colleagues where needed, but also protecting the integrity of the brand standards.
We are responsible for bringing the brand to life across every touch point and at every level, from marketing campaigns to the onboarding experience or business development decks to event concepts. On top of creating, enforcing and revising the brand guidelines, we work strategically with the different teams so that we can build the brand holistically, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
What Youâll Do
- Manage a broad range of internal and external brand projects, with varying (digital and physical) outputs.
- Provide consistent and clear critiques of the design work in the Brand team.
- Suggest and create ideas that can a show the MoonPay brand in new and interesting ways
- Interprets design briefs, to create and present ideas/assets for use across all touch points, internal and external.
- Works collaboratively with the Marketing team on marketing campaigns, product launches and any other comms.
- Leads relationships with creative partners/agencies from briefing through to delivery
- Works closely with PM to ensure smooth running on projects and allocation of resource
- Reports to the Design Lead/Head of Brand
You Should Apply If
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar role
- Skilled in all aspects of brand design
- Efficient, detail-oriented, organized and able to work under tight timelines
- Experience in Digital Design
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Figma and Google Drive
- Understanding of production processes and responsibilities
- Experience with Motion / 3D
