Responsibilities:
- Think Social-First and have the creativity to multiply content 5x that will be posted across a variety of Social Media platforms (Memes, Gifs, TikTok Videos, Instagram Stories, Twitter)
- Update, design, and create event posters, brochures, advertisements, internal documents, and other marketing materials.
- Work in close collaboration with strategists, developers, marketing team and other departments to deliver high-quality products on time
- Able to deliver high-quality work, in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols, within tight deadlines.
- Utilising knowledge of design, innovative thinking and cultural trends to guide solutions.
- Develop concepts and themes for marketing materials.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design / A related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with component-based design tools like Figma
- Fluent in responsive design patterns, mobile/tablet interface trends, and pairing data with effective design solutions.
- Strong portfolio of relevant work
- Experience working with existing brand guidelines
- The drive and discipline to work remotely
- Proficiency designing for finance, charting, trading, or data dense applications
- Work closely with marketing and content creation teams to ensure brand consistency across regions
- Illustration skills and motion graphic/video skills would be plus
- Experience with crypto and fin-tech would be plus
- Multitasking, self-motivated, organized team player with a positive attitude
