Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. Ideal candidates are proactive and able to contribute expertise to successfully design graphics that help communicate our giving message. Your responsibilities would include:

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Testing graphics across various media
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
• Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, infographjics and promotional artwork, and informative ebooks
• Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
• Working with other teams and oversee the smooth implementation of new content
• Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and 3D software is a big plus!)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
