Tasks

We're looking for a 3D Product & Motion Designer -Micro-Interactions +Web3.

What you'll do:

• Design and deliver high-quality micro-interactions, motion graphics, and UI animations across web and mobile platforms.
• Create 3D animations and motion assets for digital products, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity and Web3 design trends.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to translate creative concepts into functional, performance-optimized animations.
• Implement animations using tools such as Spline, GSAP, Lottie, and Framer, ensuring smooth integration into development pipelines.
• Optimize animations for web performance, balancing visual impact with load speed and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the development of animation >, design systems, and reusable components.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in motion design, Web3 UI/UX, and 3D animation technologies.
• Support the marketing and product teams with animations for landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content when needed.

Requirements

Experience:

What you bring:

• 3+ years of proven experience designing micro-animations and UI/UX transitions for websites or apps using tools like Spline, GSAP, Lottie, Framer, or similar.
• Ability to craft engaging, lightweight animations that enhance user experience without compromising performance.
• Strong skills in 3D animation and motion design for digital products and apps (Blender, Cinema4D, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of performance-optimized animation for the web, including HTML5, CSS animations, SVGs, or JSON-based formats.
• A sharp visual eye with a portfolio showcasing clean, futuristic, Web3->

Level of studies: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio).

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
