Visual Designer（CN_JD）
岗位职责：
- 负责品牌对外的视觉内容输出；
- 理解业务目标和视觉设计思路，敏锐转化为设计目标、判断设计方向；
- 独立承担重点大型活动项目，主导整体视觉风格和创意设计方案，并保证项目落地质 量；
- 定期对各创意项目，进行复盘和评估，制定改进完善；
- 时刻分析监控流行设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向，持续提升平台创意视觉的设计方案。
任职要求
- 设计类专业本科及以上学历；
- 3年以上视觉设计经验，有完整视觉类项目案例；
- 熟悉品牌视觉设计方法及规则，关注设计流行趋势，对设计理论有基本的认知和应用经验；
- 熟练掌握Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator、Figma、C4D、After Effect、Stable Diffusion、Midjourney等创意类软件；
- 逻辑清晰，善于沟通，有独立与业务、产研有效配合项目落地经验能力；
- 对创意概念的领悟性强，具备较强的自我学习能力、责任感强、善于沟通、积极乐观、有团队精神。
