Socket is looking for a Motion Designer to elevate Socket’s brand communication.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Socket's Marketing team to create captivating motion graphics that elevate brand communication, from concept to final production.
- Develop storyboards to visualize and refine compelling narratives, create sequence of storytelling frames and overall design.
- Manage comprehensive post-production tasks including video editing, color grading, compositing, and final renderings.

- Proactively enhance the brand's visual identity across various channels, driving design evolution and contributing to the expansion of our design system.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in motion design studios or in-house creative agencies, demonstrating proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and the ability to engage audiences through compelling motion content.
- Experience in 3D motion graphics and AI image/motion generation is advantageous.
- Additional skills in music editing and sound design are a plus.
- Proactive learner with the ability to thrive independently in a dynamic work environment.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly in the crypto space.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Flinto and Protopie.
- Expertise in the blockchain and crypto industry.
