Wallet in Telegram is your gateway to the world of digital currencies, specially tailored for individuals in emerging markets. We understand the complexities and intimidation often associated with existing crypto solutions, which is why we've designed Wallet to be the ultimate user-friendly platform for managing finances. No need to open a traditional bank account or wrestle with convoluted crypto exchanges and wallets.

Leveraging the power of advanced blockchain technology, Wallet delivers a seamless onboarding experience into the crypto ecosystem. It enables users to effortlessly store, send, and receive digital currencies, all via the familiar interface of Telegram. Managing your finances becomes as simple as sending a message.

At Wallet, we're committed to using technology to disrupt traditional banking systems, providing our customers with more flexible and inclusive financial services. Whether you're a crypto novice or seeking to simplify your digital finance experience, Wallet is crafted with your needs in mind.

We are seeking a Senior UX Writer to join our Wallet product team.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit and adapt texts for interfaces.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, analysts, legal experts, and marketers to work through user scenarios and design pathways.

Requirements:

  • Proven text editing skills with 3-4 years of experience.
  • Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to manage requests from legal departments.
  • Able to define the purpose and task of the text, not afraid to interact, ask questions, and propose improvements. Able to write succinctly, clearly, and consistently.
  • Skilled in editing everything from button texts to educational materials, able to find alternatives and solutions: you know how to handle situations where the text is too lengthy and needs to be concise.
  • Work with the existing stylistic guidelines of the company.
  • Able to justify your decisions.
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Proficiency in English (at least level C2) is required. Knowledge of Russian is preferred.
  • Having a bachelor’s or higher degree in philology or linguistics will be advantageous.

Why it is a fantastic opportunity:

  • Our business is growing at an exponential scale.
  • Work in a well-funded startup environment with unique growth opportunities and a chance to join a rapidly growing company with a unique product.
  • Be based remotely.
  • Participation in the performance review and bonus programme.
  • Compensation for medical expenses.
  • Provision of necessary equipment.
  • Annual vacation of 20 working days plus 10 paid days off.
  • 14 days of paid sick leave to support your health and recovery when needed.
  • Access to internal English courses for continuous learning and improvement in language skills.

What does a web3 designer do?

A web3 designer is responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for websites that are built on the web3 platform

This platform is based on blockchain technology and allows for the creation of decentralized applications (dApps) that can be accessed through a web browser

A web3 designer would be responsible for creating the user interface and user experience for these dApps, ensuring that they are easy to use and navigate

They would also be responsible for ensuring that the overall design of the dApps is consistent with the brand and aesthetic of the organization or individual that is building the dApps.
