About the role
Our Engineers are self-starters, and quick learners, with an interest in Ethereum and blockchain technologies. They are people who communicate effectively, consistently ship high quality, well-tested code and value code simplicity, performance, and the details.
Responsibilities
- Handle the end to end development of data pipeline from discovery, design, coding all the way to production support
- Involve in regular code reviews with peers
- Responsible for building data pipelines in a cost effective way
- Ability to jump on escalation and help resolve product issues
- Staying ahead in technology trends for big data and analytics
Required skills
- Experience with developing Data lakes in AWS
- Experience with Visualization tools like apache superset, tableau, looker
- Experience with working with data pipelines like AWS glue
- Experience with database technologies such as Apache Druid, Neo4J, Postgres
- Experience with Storage systems e.g. AWS S3, Parquet Files
- Experience deploying with cloud infrastructure providers like AWS
- Knowledge of big data security best practices
Bonus points
- Experience with blockchain technologies
- Experience working with multiple layer7 protocols, GraphQL, HTTP-Rest, GRPC
- Interest / experience with Big data topics, experience with Docker
- Experience in deploying blockchain infrastructure
- Experience building SaaS applications
