Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the risk business team to support the development of risk-related data systems.
- Design, build, and maintain the risk data mart, ensuring thematic data is reusable across different risk domains.
- Govern data assets, including tasks, tables, metrics, labels, and dashboards. Design and implement governance standards and SOPs, driving governance initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Develop data products. Drive the productization and intelligence of risk data construction, management, and application.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Presto, and Hive, with practical experience in Spark task optimization.
- Skilled in designing data warehouse subject models, metrics systems, data quality management, and data governance.
- Experience in backend development, with proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side technologies.
- Experienced in database design and management for both SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competent in project management and experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and set priorities.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with risk-related business domains.
