Your role:

• Actively participate in engineering tasks and projects by writing code, contributing to the overall deliverables
• Perform code-reviews to identify potential issues or alternative solutions
• Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly goals
• Take part in designing, scoping and maintaining features and components
• Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product Owners
• Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

• Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to deliver quality timely outcomes
• Assist in management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and keeping management updated on team performance

What Makes You Stand Out:

• 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5-10 people
• 5+ years of experience in a front-end development role
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript & React
• Extensive understanding of architectural >
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Superior interpersonal communication skills

Desired (but not essential):

• Experience in developing mobile applications
• Experience in FinTech
• Experience with decentralized IT and distributed systems
