Product & Analytics Intern (Dispatch) – Summer 2023

As a Product & Analytics Intern with the Dispatch team, you will work with individuals across the organization to help Dispatch build, design, and measure our blockchain messaging and analytics products. This is a cross-functional opportunity where you will be able to leverage your technical, analytical and project management skills to help IEX's Dispatch team set new standards and raise the bar for performance, fairness, and transparency.

This position is best suited for a highly collaborative, team-oriented individual who is passionate about innovation and making an impact in the technology and financial markets. Interest and experience in web3, crypto or blockchain is a plus!

What you'll do:
  • Work with Product, Design and Engineering teams to measure the efficacy of existing products and improve them
  • Design and implement solutions to help "web3" teams bring their community management and communication to the blockchain
  • Build processes for measurement, evaluation, and iteration
  • Work closely with the team to evaluate competitive market positioning

Your background:
  • Undergraduate working towards a degree in math, marketing, engineering, or finance
  • Familiarity with technology, financial markets, and blockchain/crypto/web3
  • Experience working with SQL or other databases; Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Ability to analyze products/data and communicate findings succulently

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay is $30.00/hour for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
