As a Marketing Intern, you will report to Marie our Head of Marketing and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer and Product departments to support Kiln's Marketing and Communications strategy and execution. Your contribution will be key to our growth and continued leadership in the Web3 industry!

Responsibilities:

1) Support marketing and communications strategy

• Assist on day-to-day marketing and communication operations

• Socials, website management, content creation, meeting with partners, etc.

• Assist with the quarterly strategy: goal, KPIs

• Assist on event organization especially for the EthCC starting in July 8, 2024, and other event Kiln sponsors or speaks at

• Support co-announcement with partners

2) Collaborate on the content strategy:

• SEO content writing for the Kiln website

• Conduct in-depth research on competitors or industry-specific topics in order to develop original content, that supports at every stage of the marketing funnel

• Edit and polish existing content to improve readability

• Social media community management for Twitter and Linkedin

3) Support Commercial and Product Development

• Support sales deck creation

• Work on existing and new materials to present new products (website, landing page and merchandising)

• Define the launch plan with the help of other teams (sales and product)

Tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Pitch, Hubspot, Figma, Webflow …

Requirements:

Ladies, statistics show you might censor yourself more than men: don't worry, get in touch even if you're not matching 100% of these points.

• Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communications.

• Comfortable with social media management, content and Sales/Marketing material creation - with ability to follow brand identity guidelines.

• Familiar with design tool (eg. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD…) and/or CMS (eg. Webflow, Wordpress…)

• Fluent in English and French (being an English native speaker is a big plus)

Nice-to-have:

• Familiar with video/podcast editing.

• Basic understanding of FinTech and financial services.

• First experience in the BtoB web/software industry.

1. Initial Interview (20 min) with Marie (Head of Marketing)

2. Short take-home exercise of 2 slides to prepare and present during the next interview!

3. Technical Interview (45 min) with Marie (Head of Marketing) and Grégoire (Sales Marketing Lead)

4. Core Values Interview (30 min) with a co-founder (CEO, COO or CPO)
