We are seeking an excellent communicator and highly motivated Junior Tech Ops Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and resolving partner integration questions and is critical to the growth of the organization. The Junior Tech Ops Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner integrations:
- 1-Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems.
- 2-Explain and guide partners through the system integration process.
- Communication:
- 1-Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.
- 2-Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process is as smooth as possible.
- Continuous Improvement:
- 1-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- 2-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Qualifications:
