With revolutionary technology and a fresh raise, we are looking for a Programme Manager (That’s you!) to manage a large program of work with multiple business and development project workstreams.

Who you are:
A Programme Manager with killer instincts that is comfortable managing multiple project workstreams, owning the product roadmap, working closely with business, development and design teams to bring the vision to life.
- You are a Jira ninja: Define the product roadmap and create detailed user stories.
- You are whipsmart: Manage Pollen product development, deliver a stellar interface, create a magical funnel, and a delightful, data-driven, and design-informed user-centric experience.
- Everyone loves you: Seek integration and collaboration opportunities throughout the DeFi ecosystem.
- You are current: Use modern techniques and methods of modern product discovery and program delivery.
- You are quick: Brainstorm solutions for hard problems with many constraints and assess risks while laying out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed way.
- You get the big picture: Align different teams to achieve our business goals and outstanding user experiences.

- 5+ years of programme management and/or senior project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience working on an Agile development team, strong interpersonal skills, and analytic thinking.
- Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem and interest in decentralized finance.
