About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Web3 Head of Growth to join our expanding team. As the Head of Growth, you will be in charge in growing our community and driving revenue by identifying and engaging potential customers in the blockchain/ crypto/web3 industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sustaining and Developing the $WXM economy of the project.
- Showcasing the WeatherXM vision at events, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners within the Web3 industry.
- Implement strategies to grow the community and enhance member engagement in Twitter, Discord, Youtube, Redit, etc
- Working closely with our CEO, founders, development teams, product, and marketing departments to ensure business objectives and strategies are aligned.
- Applying your Web3 and crypto ecosystem expertise to clearly convey our value proposition and offerings to clients and partners.
- Keeping yourself up- to- date of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the crypto/ web3/ blockchain sector.
- Proven experience and understanding how to maximize sales, market reach, and community growth with social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
