The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Engineering Manager – Payments Integration to lead our squad in Singapore or Dubai. Starting with a lean team, you’ll own global money movement integrations and scale toward leading multiple squads orchestrating payments across the world.
This is a builder’s role—hands-on with systems, architecture, and scaling teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & scale our payments integration platform (PSPs, banks, RTP networks)
- Design event-driven, microservices architectures that are ledger-safe.
- Build for resilience: retries, idempotency, reconciliation, observability, incident response.
- Own AWS cloud-native deployments: high availability, auto-scaling, failover.
- Partner with Product, Ops, Compliance to open new global corridors.
- Hire, mentor, and grow engineers into future technical leaders.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in engineering, with 4–6 years leading teams.
- Deep experience integrating PSPs, bank rails, or RTP networks.
- Strong systems design mindset
- Depth in Go (Golang) and Microservices architecture.
- Expertise in AWS & other cloud providers
- Strong communicator, builder, and operator with a bias for action.
