Your new company

This an opportunity to work for Series B Fintech startup specializing in crypto-tracking and compliance solutions. Their innovative platform secures millions of transactions, establishing unprecedented standards of security and integrity within the crypto and DeFi sectors. Notably, their platform has already detected over $2 billion in wash trades across decentralized exchanges.

They've grown to a team of 80 globally and are on track to surpass $15 million ARR this year. They've raised $90M+ across two funding rounds which includes a substantial recent $50M Series B, which has given them runway for the next 2+ years. They've also just announced a new strategic partnership with one of the world's largest trading platforms.

Your new role

With this new strategic partnership and additional access to capital, they're forecasting to continue to grow aggressively and are confident they can achieve and exit in 2027. They are seeking an experienced CFO who will play a pivotal role in helping them achieve to achieve this.

You'll report directly into their experienced founders who have 20+years' experience developing Wall Street-grade FinTech. You will have the benefit of coming into a business that has already taken steps to build out a strong Finance & Accounting team including a Finance Director and Controller.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of leading a global finance function at a SaaS, Cyber or fintech company
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Previous Investment Banking, PE or consulting experience
• Must have been involved in a Series C+ round
• Passion and interest for the crypto space
• Experience in global finance, and overseeing international entities and operations
• Experience in M&A, from deal origination to post-merger integration
• Ability and comfort working independently across cross-functional internal teams and external relationships, and the ability to project manage large scale projects
• Ability to get things done and be comfortable with ambiguity
