Web3 Jobs with FSA

• Role critical to both our Retail and Institutional streams affording high-level collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Track and reconcile customer fund flows in and out of our fiat and crypto platforms
• Forecast and report on key balance sheet metrics including fiat and crypto liquidity, asset utilization, funding rates, and overall asset exposure
• Attack complex problems on short notice while managing competing priorities
• Ensure accurate and timely custodial reporting across a large array of venues and coins
• Assist the Treasury Director with the management of existing accounts and new account creation for crypto and fiat platforms

• 5+ years of finance/treasury experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and capability to seamlessly work with large data sets
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools such as Alteryx a plus.
• Basic knowledge of crypto transactions/wallet mechanics
• Traded cryptocurrencies in a personal capacity and understand blockchain settlement cycle
• General passion and knowledge of FinTech and Crypto
