Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Blockchain Developer with competency in Substrate to join our core development team. This role will be key in the founding team and the development of the world’s first Discovery DAO.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the founding team to design, test and implement the Discovery DAO
- Transition from initial development to MVP
- Improve internal toolsets to scale development
- Promote technology best practices within the team
- Prioritize key tasks and create milestones
What we are looking for
- Ability to write clear & concise code
- Previous experience working with Substrate
- Comfortable working remotely
- Ability to thrive in the dynamic, fast-moving world of tokenized communities
- Problem-solving & analytical skills, ability to work beyond specific tasks
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good communication skills, especially in liaising with a non-tech founding team
This would be great
- BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science
- Experience working with Solidity and Rust
- Previous experience working with Token Launchpads and DAOs
- Previous experience with the Polkadot/Kusama ecosystem
