    • Contribute to decisions concerning tools, architecture, and Agile practices in specific areas of development.
    • Advocate for and implement best practices and engineering standards, drawing from your experience to collaborate with and support the team.

What we’re looking for:

    • Experience in a commercial tech setting with a record of designing scalable and sturdy applications.
    • Experience with our main technologies: React, Typescript, Node.js & AWS.
    • Proficiency in software development; you produce clean, efficient code across various languages, all under version control.

    • Expertise in crafting clean, semantic HTML and CSS that ensures a consistent and responsive user experience across platforms.
    • Experience with high-traffic transactional websites and a sound understanding of performance-enhancing best practices

What's in it for you?

    • Flexibility: A hybrid work policy
    • Social: Frequent social events, snacks and drinks
    • Medical: Comprehensive health insurance policy with AXA offering extensive medical, dental and vision care coverage.
    • Holiday: 28 days of paid leave per year, in addition to national holidays.
    • High tech: Access to high performance office equipment and gadgets, including Apple products.
    • Transport: Ledger subsidises the cost of your Oyster card!
    • Discounts: Employee discount on all our products

What does a full stack developer in web3 do?

A full stack web3 developer is a developer who has expertise in the full stack of technologies that are used to build web3 applications

These applications use the decentralized, distributed nature of the web3 network to provide users with a secure and decentralized way of accessing and interacting with online services and applications. The responsibilities of a full stack web3 developer will vary depending on the specific project and the needs of the team they are working with

In general, though, a full stack web3 developer will be responsible for: designing and building the front-end and back-end of web3 applications, as well as implementing and maintaining the underlying blockchain infrastructure

This will often involve working with a variety of different technologies and programming languages, such as Solidity for smart contract development, JavaScript and HTML for front-end development, and various blockchain protocols and frameworks. Additionally, a full stack web3 developer may also be responsible for working with the web3 community to help drive adoption and integration of web3 technologies, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field and contributing to the broader web3 ecosystem.
