We are seeking an experiencedSecurity Engineerto help Mythical define the future of blockchain-enabled games.
This role at Mythical Games presents an opportunity for a Security Engineerto take their career to the next level by joining the most exciting company at the intersection of Gaming, E-commerce, and Blockchain.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect company data and infrastructure;
- Manage access controls;
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing;
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches;
- Develop and update security policies, standards, and guidelines;
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure design and deployment of systems and applications;
- Stay current with emerging security threats and industry developments;
- Prepare and present regular security status reports.
Requirements and skills:
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Security Engineer or similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols and best practices;
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems;
- Understanding of cloud technologies(GCP is preferable);
- Experience with Cloud WAF solutions;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest security trends and technologies;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Splunk.
