Senior DevOps Engineer (Web3)
What you will do:
- Manage kubernetes and traditional infrastructure: cloud and on-prem
- Hybrid multi-cloud setup and configurations rid
- software upgrade, patches, hotfixes
- backup & restore
- diagnostic and troubleshoot application/infrastructure/network issues
- Increase and manage system observability by optimizing monitoring system, service mesh and tracing
- Incorporate DevOps best practice both in cultural and technological side
- Extensive use of IAC (terraform, terragrunt, ansible)
- Embrace and embed GitOps model for application management and deployment
- Coordinate and craft solution for problems raised by different engineering teams and outside contractors
- Design solutions with scalability, security and stability in its core
- Manage and enhance CICD pipeline to support various deployment model
- Manage and setup blockchain infrastructure to support new chains and business growth
What you will need:
- Have experience designing and managing highly-available distributed systems using Kubernetes and other methods of container orchestration.
- Know your way around the Linux shell, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible
- Have experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure
- Embrace the GitOps model for application configuration and deployment - experience with tools such as ArgoCD, Flux, etc.
- Have expertise debugging problems across the stack, such as networking issues, performance problems, hardware issues or memory leaks
- Manage observability platforms with open-source components such as Grafana - Loki - Prometheus - Alert Manager - ELK.
- Understanding and capabilities to manage, monitor, and optimise network traffic: TCP and UDP; comfortable diagnosing problems on the wire.
- Web3 Technologies, Blockchain infrastructure, smart contract development experience is advantageous
- Programming experience with Python, JAVA, Golang, Javascript is also a plus
