Your role will be to help spearhead the Basin protocol itself, including validator design, data sync and storage, staking and rewards, token simulations, and more. You will:
Work with the Basin team to design and implement data availability protocols. Help provision and manage Basin Validator sets. Contribute to the Basin SDK, CLI, and other client tools. Build token simulations. Lead security audits.
You also likely:
Have 7+ years of production-level software experience. Have experience with Golang and Rust. Have experience with WASM and Solidity. Have experience with infrastructure orchestration like Ansible or Kubernetes. Have experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana. Have a solid understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain data availability. Are an excellent communicator and writer. Are incredibly curious, professional, personable, and self-directed. Have track-record of influencing and making critical decisions. Have open-source project experience. Have attention to detail with a passion for software architecture and design.
