As a Developer Relations Engineer and Educator/Trainer, you will be a part of shaping the educational journey of Gno developers and contributing to the growth of the Gno.land ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative educational content, cultivating a community of learners, and empowering developers with the ideas, resources and tools to start building in Gno. You will work closely with the Gno engineering and developer experience teams to learn and explore the technology, and translate this knowledge into tutorials, explainers, and course material. In order to be successful, this role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication (written and verbal) skills, and a passion for learning, education and community building.

Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Develop high-quality educational material (written and video) including tutorials, technical explainers, documentation, and course materials tailored to various skill levels within the developer community.
    • Curriculum Development: Design and implement structured learning paths to facilitate developers' understanding and proficiency in Gno.
    • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the technology to provide accurate and relevant educational content and answer questions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product and project managers, and other growth teams to align educational initiatives with the overall goals and objectives of growing the ecosystem.
    • Analytics and Metrics: Have a data centric approach to content development by implementing key performance indicators in order to demonstrate the impact, reach and results of the content generated and the growth of the builders ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications

    • Golang experience, minimum professional 2 years
    • Experience in writing tutorials, technical guides and educational material
    • Computer science background or engineering (software developer)
    • Previous experience tracking the impact of the content generation
    • Strong written communication and verbal skills for video or in-person presentations and workshops
    • Open source contributions

Nice-To-Haves

    • Blockchain experience
    • Academic experience teaching in computer science or engineering
