Experience with blockchain and solidity programming is a must.  Design and Implement Blockchain technology (Services, libraries, Algorithms) using Solidity, Javascript Work with clients on dapp/protocol deployments Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code Create tools to help Matic teams improve productivity
