Let’s go!Your mission       Our People Services Team is responsible for all global processes and employee requests within the employee lifecycle from onboarding,  ad hoc requests, questions during the employment to the offboarding of an employee. Bitpanda is looking for a highly motivated People Services intern to support the team in their day-to-day tasks, activities, and special projects. What you’ll do

Provide timely and clear support to employees, new hires, and internal stakeholders around processes, policies, and queries Process all employment life-cycle transactions in our HRIS (Workday) and prepare required documentation Maintaining Workday, the HRIS  Live and role model a data-accuracy and data-driven approach as well as the commitment to our service level agreements (SLAs) around responsiveness, resolution rates, and employee happiness Have the opportunity to help us improve People processes 

Who you are

Ongoing/finished studies in Business Administration or HR  Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise Ability to process confidential data in a timely manner Eagerness to learn and continuously improve, with a positive can-do attitude Professional fluency in English & German-speaking is a plus  What’s in it for you
