Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and implement social media marketing and community engagement
- Develop plans for social content, social-led campaigns and social content frameworks across the region, working cross-functionally with product, data, sales and design, and other teams
- Engage and build communities through one-on-one as well as one-to-many conversations
- Analyse social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations
- Own and operate multiple official social media and signal channels, as well as the content strategy/output and results for each
- Streamline social media accounts to ensure uniform content and tone of voice
- Source and manage influencers to help drive engagement and brand awareness
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
Requirements:
- Minimum commitment period of 6 months (full-time or part-time)
- Native or bilingual level proficiency in English
- Experience in the blockchain/crypto space is an added advantage
- Keen sense and strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and liking for crypto culture
